I have been trying to troubleshoot calories, etc and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Only thing missing has been exercise, and I added that last week and I lost nothing. I keep a detailed diary in my net diaryso I can track my calories, fat, carbs, etc.
I have usually kept my calories between andbut the last 10 days or so have tried to reduce that to no weight loss after 6 weeks Didn't made a difference. I'm thinking after 6 weeks its probably time for me to give up and try something different, but I really like the feeling of not being hungry all the time and not feeling deprived like I did on Weight Watchers. I did, however, lose 50 no weight loss after 6 weeks on WW 2 years ago, but over the past year weighr put about 12 lbs back on.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. I honestly was just hoping to lose around 1 lb a week. I have problems with constipation so I try to have psyllium or flax almost every day. Occassionally on weekd weekends I will have a calorie day, but not often. This past days I have tried to keep calories aroundno wine, but it didn't make an ounce of difference literally. Sometimes it something little that needs a tweak or something seemingly-innocuous that derails our weight loss success.
Perhaps you could post a few days worth of meals that you are eating, people could look it over and maybe offer some helpful tips or advice. One thing I noticed is that you are still in Induction. Have you tried moving up the carb ladder in the book to see if that breaks the stall for you? I didn't do so well on 20g but I do much better around g. Have you read the book? Are you drinking enough water?

I would eat more veggies, like with lunch as well as dinner. I would eat every last morsel allowed. You don't want to feel deprived, you want to feel satisfied and get your nutrition too.

This is what I would do for a week to see if it makes a difference:. I would cut out the nuts and wine completely. How much is a pouch of cream cheese? I would limit total cheese to 2 oz.

Didn't add nuts until a couple weeks ago, just needing more variety. Wine is occasional, but will try to remove completely.
